le le embodies ZS Hospitality Group’s heartfelt passion for progressive Vietnamese cuisine, deeply rooted in authentic Vietnamese traditions and enriched by Vietnamese-Chinese heritage.

The restaurant is a warm celebration of Vietnam’s everyday classics, reimagined with lighter, precise touches, rare ingredients, and an intimate, cosy ambience that feels like a home away from home.

Led by the dynamic young chef duo—Chef Elvin, a Chinese chef steeped in Southeast Asian flavours, and Chef Duc, a Vietnamese chef seasoned in fine-dining Western kitchens—the kitchen blends cultural reverence with innovative creativity. Together, they craft cherished moments through thoughtful food, meaningful rituals, and genuine hospitality.

At le le, the space is intentionally quiet. Soft gradients of watercolour-inspired wall coverings and hand-dyed curtains add a gentle touch to the muted interior, while abstract montages crafted by a budding textile artisan echo the room's organic atmosphere.

We bring together a curated series of Vietnamese ceramics for contemporary living. Through handcrafted household pieces, Tuhu expresses a modern identity with earthy colours and honors an old lineage with sturdy, traditional forms.

On your dining table, you will encounter the familiar flora and fauna of Vietnamese culture. Your menu is carried by the proud whistling duck, diligent water buffalo, demure frog, and playful carp. Your show plates are further adorned with illustrations of lotus seed pods, Tonkin jasmine, garlic chives and sesbania.
